Deputy Manager (37.5 hrs per week)
Salary £25,991 (including shift allowances)
SHAP and The Whitechapel Centre, in partnership with Liverpool City Council, deliver an accommodation service for Homeless Families based within a modern purpose-built setting for up to 16 families who are homeless and in need of accommodation in Liverpool.
About the role:
To deliver a high quality, accommodation-based service for families and children who are presenting with a wide range of accommodation difficulties. The service will offer a creative approach that supports families to obtain long-term settled accommodation, address individual needs and take control of their own lives. You will support the Project Manager to fulfil all service requirements; supporting and developing the staff team to ensure the delivery of an effective, professional, outcome-focused service which meets contractual performance targets and enables service users to achieve positive outcomes.
Shift work and the ability to work on a rota is a feature of this role.

You should have knowledge of the issues faced by this client group along with knowledge of how homelessness and deprivation can affect the outcomes of children. If you are a proactive person with the required specialist knowledge, who can lead, listen effectively, is supportive, works respectfully and can identify with the organisations and the role, we would love to hear from you.
